Product Description
The Insulon® High Pressure Insulated Hoses with Multi-layer insulation (MLI) achieve maximum thermal precision and control in fluid transfer applications. Compatible with cryogenic and chiller fluids including liquid nitrogen, hydrogen, glycol, and others. Compatible with high temperature fluids including steam, exhaust, and specialty gases. These hoses utilize a high-density MLI allows for a smaller outer diameter while minimizing radiation heat transfer.

- Insulation Reliability with Thermal Cycling:
- >20,000 cycles at 450°C without drop in insulation performance.
- Cycle was defined as a 3-minute ramp up during which the component reaches steady-state, followed by a 2-minute cool-down period. Ambient temperature was 23°C.
